New digs!

Just a quick update – I appreciate things have been a bit quiet as I’ve been funneling all of my energy into my Adelaide Fringe show. I had a wonderful and very nearly completely sold out run of shows, as well as a lot of wonderful feedback and even a four star review. I particularly loved the feedback from people who found something therapeutic in the show, as that was my grander aim in putting it together.

But as the fringe season winds down, Chameleon Hypnosis is winding up. A couple of months ago I had a friend point me in the direction of a job opportunity with Integrated Health Solutions, a GP clinic in Belair with a focus on holistic care. They were looking for another hypnotherapist to join their ranks, which I have now officially done.

I’m still operating as Chameleon Hypnosis, which is perfect for me as I love being able to run my own business. I’m what is known as an independent tenant practitioner. Effectively it means I rent a room from them and keep being Chameleon Hypnosis, but I join a much larger and established team, which is lovely and hopefully good for everyone. It also means new office space, complete with a super comfy chair for people to relax in whilst they experience hypnosis.

At the moment I’m here on Fridays, but am hoping to expand in the near future. Have had my first client in the space already (not bad for my first day here). So from here it’s onwards and upwards.

Now you’ll have to excuse me, because even though my show has finished, I’ve just been asked to perform in a cabaret show this evening, so I better go and find all my props again…
